ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using BadgerTrace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

THE SERVICE

BadgerTrace provides automated WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility scanning and documentation for websites. The service does not guarantee full accessibility compliance or protection from legal claims. Automated scanning identifies approximately 30-40% of potential accessibility barriers — manual testing is required for comprehensive coverage.

NOT LEGAL ADVICE

BadgerTrace reports are not legal advice. The demand letter frequency data and legal context provided in reports is informational only. If you have received legal correspondence regarding web accessibility, consult a qualified attorney.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts or use the service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Trial periods are 14 days. After trial expiry, a payment method is required to continue scanning.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Scan reports and vault records generated by BadgerTrace are owned by you. The BadgerTrace platform, software, and brand are owned by BadgerTrace. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BadgerTrace is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, legal costs, or accessibility-related claims.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
