SCAN DATA
Scan results, violation records, and vault entries are retained for the duration of your active subscription. This data forms your tamper-evident compliance record and is preserved to support legal documentation needs.

ACCOUNT DELETION
Upon account deletion, all scan data is deleted within 30 days. Vault records are permanently removed. This action is irreversible — export your vault records before deleting your account.
PAYMENT RECORDS
Stripe retains payment records per their data retention policy. BadgerTrace does not store card numbers or full payment details.
REQUESTS
To request early deletion of your data, contact support@badgertrace.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
